So in this program, I am learning chemistry for the very first time. When I first got to my class, I was very surprised to learn that we would be learning off of this program, instead of a real teacher. At first I was not okay with this, then as time went on through out the corse I came to love it and actually learn from it. HAHAHA THATS A BULL FACED LIE THE FACT THAT I COULD EVEN TYPE THAT WITHOUT BURSTING OUT LAUGHING WAS AMAZING! This has got to be the shittiest online learning program I have ever used! In the program you have your online teacher reading off from their script, and then clicking for the next thing to pop up on the screen. The things that appear on the screen only scratch the surface of whats needed to know on the test. It also doesn't give you near enough information, making you witch hunt for the information needed. Another thing, for the test's a lot of the questions are reused, so for a person on a computer it's rather easy for them to just get the answers by taking the test twice. Even though it hasn't been a whole year I have found many glitches and bugs in the system, good example: videos not working! I really, really hate this program, and don't even get me started on the teachers! The biggest thing that this program is missing, is the hands on experience, and deeper explanations for the lesson. Online teaching is a good tool to use, except it's worthless compared to an actual teacher. With a real teacher you can talk to them and ask questions that are in much needed answering. Don't use this program to replace teaching, in fact don't use any program at all. Use the classroom teacher, whos their to teach, not sit on their ass all day waiting for a student to ask if they could unlock a test. Honestly, why would anyone even think that this was a good idea in the first place? It's terrible, and not good for young minds with the hunger to learn. Take this from me, I'm a high schooler.
